Chris Ryder
Managing Director
Chris has worked in property planning and investment since 2001. He has featured many times in property magazines including the Property Hub and Property Investors News as well as being interviewed on Property Tribes TV and many podcasts.
His passion is property planning and creating great living spaces and homes for people to maximise land value. Chris has worked on large projects involving land assembly to build apartment blocks along with smaller projects including house extensions and converting houses to flats.
Lisa Ryder
Project Manager
Lisa runs a very efficient back-office and loves to ensure order to all the projects that we work on.
With many years of experience in all types of property management Lisa uses this knowledge to run the team at Brookdale Land.
Lissy Ryder
Architecture /Design
Elysia achieved a degree in Architecture from the Leicester School of Architecture.
She has since worked for several project management consultancies in London and has managed large-scale residential and commercial projects while working towards becoming an Accredited Chartered Surveyor.
