It is important to meet early in the process so we can gain a full understanding of the opportunity and your circumstances.
We have many years of experience of reaching agreements for the benefit of all parties. At our initial, informal meeting we will discuss:
- Your circumstances
- What you would like to achieve, you may be surprised this requires more consideration than you might at first expect
- Plot history including usage
- Any previous planning applications
- Our role in adding value
- An opportunity for you to ask us questions
Agreement
We take time and care to ensure we have a full mutual understanding with all key parties before respective legal representatives are engaged.

Team Engaged
Once a common understanding has been agreed with all parties and a legal agreement signed, Brookdale Land will engage our team of highly skilled professionals to design the optimum land opportunity scheme for the benefit of all.
Planning
It is understanding how to maximise the land opportunity that makes a key difference. Using our planning experience and knowledge we will create the optimum design. Planning permission will be submitted and obtained from the local authority at our expense.
Conclusion
Once planning permission has been obtained the site will be built using our team or sold to be completed.
